Please fill out the form below, and we will confirm your visit reservation via email (email will come from cathymary@gmail.com check your junk/spam if not received within 48 hrs.).

You must reply to the confirmation email or your appointment will not be registered.

We will call if the day/time does not work due to other bookings or it could be that the shrine is closed. Please look at the bottom of any of the Shrine's webpages to see when the Shrine is open, having Liturgy, some other event, or closed.

Please note that our hours of operation for appointments to visit or have a Shrine tour are:

Tuesday to Saturday: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (last tour)

We are closed on Sundays and Mondays
